Saison Components LLP was established with a motive to become a leading electronic components distributor (Suppliers) in India.

Saison came into existence as an extension of Innovate Group, which was established by Mr. Vivek Shukla in year 2003 with a motive to become a leading electronic components distributor in India.

Our motive is to provide best quality services to our customer from designing stage. We work with foreign OEM’s as their authorized representative in India. This is to save double investment in warehousing/Logistics at two places i.e. at manufacturers place and distributor’s place

Our vision is to emerge as the largest components and solution provider in the field of Renewable Energy, Defence, Telecom, Automotive, Power, Smart Meter, UPS/Inverter, Medical, Lighting and Consumer electronics industry.

We also plan to create a Pan India distribution and after sales service network for Electronic industry.

We are working with different suppliers (Global) to support their product promotion in India. In future we also wish to expand our operations to SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) countries.

To support above we have a team of experienced and young qualified professionals. We also work with experts from different areas to support us as consultant for best performance.

Over 35 years of experience in heading Business Operations, Sales & Marketing, Channel Management across industry verticals.

Last association was with Richardson RFPD (An Arrow Group Company) as Country Manager-India, based in Noida.

Well organised with a successful track record that demonstrates self-motivation, entrepreneurial ability, creativity, and initiative to achieve corporate goals.

He has expertise in RF & Power components, Infrastructure and Power segments (including renewable energy), Engineered Solutions: LED lighting solution to Indian Railway etc.
