Eligibility Criteria
Job description
- Knowledge of Electronic Component Business and relative Industry.
- Job involves meeting Customer and Discussion on Electronic Component.
- Meeting clients, understand their needs, and develop relationships
- Market Engagement information (Visits /E mails / Phone Calls / Customer visit etc.)
- Identify the customer needs, conduct product Demonstration, and handle Technical and Commercial queries.
- Communicate with Purchase & R&D team for understanding the requirements.
- Ensure an aggressive presence of team in the market & achieve market leadership in assigned territory as per strategic plans.
- Generating Business through the existing customer and develop new Customer.
- maintain relationships and rapport with all levels of customer business and technical personnel managing activities pertaining to negotiating /finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales and order processing.
- Ability to Travel and effectively balance self-directed activities including customer sites, company offices environments.
- Forecasting and planning monthly Billing and Order execution
- Meeting new customer and trying best to convert them as our long time customers.
Preferred candidate profile
- Engineering or Diploma, or B.Sc. in Electronic / Electrical.
- 5-7 Years of experience, in Electronic Component Distribution Industry.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to manage extensive travel schedule & Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritizes, manage time and work in a self-directed manner
